Using Metrics and Dashboards for Measuring Productivity in the REI Practice
Needs Assessment and Description
Metrics can serve as critical measures of success in an REI
practice. The primary objective of the dashboard creation
process is to identify and implement key performance
measures and indicators that will enable managers
to quickly and effectively manage the organization’s
productivity. This can be accomplished through selecting
metrics that support the objectives, strategy and goals of
the practice. Implementation of a dashboard can advance
the development of a common vehicle for monitoring and
improving performance of the entire healthcare team.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this symposium, participants should be
able to:
- Develop performance metrics to manage the
productivity of an REI practice.
- Use a dashboard to monitor and improve the
performance of the practice.
