Dear ARM Members:
I am thrilled to be the Chairperson of ARM this year. The ARM Executive Committee has been hard at work putting together substantial programs to meet the needs of our members.
The National ARM Conference in New York City will be held May 3rd and 4th. We have some incredible speakers scheduled, and the topics include optimizing your website, staffing your practice, stress management and more. The postgraduate course for ASRM 2012 in San Diego is going to be quite informative as well. Topics will include risk management, conflict management and incorporating complementary medicine into your practice. We also will be participating in roundtable discussions and symposia.
In addition to spearheading our annual meeting programming, one of my goals as Chairperson is to utilize the ARM listserv available to our membership through ASRM so we can network and learn from each other between ASRM annual meetings. Please let me know if you are interested in volunteering to work on this with us.
Our mission is the pursuit of excellence in education and facilitating networking as a means of improving patient care and customer service in the practices we manage. The ARM leadership will strive to provide timely, innovative, relevant, up-to-date information and problem-solving solutions to our membership.
