Are you missing emails from ASRM?

To ensure you stay current with the latest news, events, and updates, please take a moment to follow these simple steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Check your membership status and email address by logging in and going to My Account. Many of ASRM’s emails are sent to members only. If your membership has lapsed, you will stop receiving these emails. Also, verify that your ASRM account reflects your current email address on the My Account page.
  2. Check your Junk/Spam/Other folders: Sometimes, emails from ASRM may end up in your junk or spam folder. Please check these folders and mark any emails from ASRM as "Not Junk" or "Not Spam". If you are using Microsoft Outlook and ASRM emails are going to your “Other” folder, right click on an email from ASRM, and select “Move” > “Move to Focused” inbox. Select “Always Move to Focused” inbox if you want all future messages from ASRM to be delivered to the Focused tab.
  3. Whitelist ASRM: To prevent future emails from being misclassified, please add asrm.org to your email's safe sender list. This process varies depending on your email provider, but you can usually find instructions in your email settings or by searching for "how to whitelist an email address" along with your email provider's name.
  4. Set your communication preferences: We understand that everyone has different communication preferences. To ensure you receive the information most relevant to you, please click here to choose your communication preferences.

If you have taken these steps and are still not receiving ASRM emails, please contact ASRM Member Services at membership@asrm.org or (202) 863-4985 for assistance.
